Gary brings to our Club a wealth of club, resort and restaurant experience.  Educated at the New York Institute of Technology in Culinary Arts, his menu ideas will be introduced coming months.

Gary has demonstrated his talents in culinary competition.  Awards have included Culinary Competition Salon of Culinary Arts Bronze medal as well as second and third place honors.  He was also on his school’s New York Institute of Technology Competition Team, winning a silver medal in the  Jacob Javits Salon of Culinary Arts.

We expect to see Gary out of the kitchen from time to time.  Please welcome him to the Club.
