Damon Noble

Executive Chef

Chef Noble comes to our Club most recently as Chef de Cuisine at the the Springwater Bistro in Saratoga Springs, known for exciting menus based on fresh local ingredients.  Prior to that, he was Chef Tourande and kitchen supervisor at Trillium at the Sagamore Hotel in Bolton Landing, a four diamond hotel.  Damon also had some “large scale” experiences including Suites Chef (responsible for catering and service to the executive suites) at Giants Stadium.  Damon has diverse experience in many cuisines, from wood fired pizza to far eastern cuisines.  He will be working on his new menus during shutdown, with care to balance some of our “Club Classics” that have always been popular, with new items with international flare, new “small plates” and other innovations as befit Club needs.
